We come from many different backgrounds like technology and marketing but we have one thing in common: we really love the taste of the Spanish charcuterie, and we miss it so much! We have never found a good place here in New York to buy it and that's why we created Charcuterie Shack, to bring to the U.S. the truly authentic taste of Spain.

They import the finest Dry-Cured Serrano Ham from their facility in Teruel, Spain, and pride themselves on using spices native to Spain, such as the Spanish Vera Paprika used in the dry-cured Chorizo.
